Autonomous Integrated Microsystems Lab
MEMS, Ubiquitous Sensing & Data-enabled NanoManufacturing Research Group
College of Engineering at Northeastern University
Northeastern SMART Center
We explore and develop novel integrated microsystems based on MEMS, Ultrasound, and Calorimetric technologies and devices. We are interested in autonomous microsystems at the AIMS lab, and we research power-sustaining sensing architectures and the integration of computational capabilities in the analog and digital domains. At AIMS Lab, we combine physics and data science (AI/Machine Learning/Deep Learning) to discover and invent novel sensors, micro-actuators, and computational devices through nanofabrication and advanced manufacturing.
